The Industrial Relations Division (IRD) provides the students with an opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in their field of specialization through internship in industry. The Supervised Industrial Training / On-the-Job Training is the unique part of the VTA curriculum where the students are provided with a real understanding of the demands of industry and a practical application of what they have learned.
