Monthly stipend of Rs. 4000 has been offered to students who are engaged with vocational training institutions governed under the state ministry of Skills Development, Vocational Education, Research and Innovation. Further, this process will be conducted under the supervision of the State Minister Hon. (Dr.) (Mrs.) Seetha Arambepola.
